Maintain professionalism, decorum, and respect at all times. While this event is a competition, it is also intended to be a fun learning experience for all.
Be mindful of your surroundings and dispose of trash appropriately, as we will be using the Maryland State House space. Food and water is not allowed in the chamber spaces.
Review all procedures in advance to ensure the event operates smoothly.
There will be a security check at the entrance of the State House, so please be prepared for this, and do not bring any items you would not bring to the airport.

Elections
Elections will occur following floor proceedings on the first day, Saturday, April 18th. Each candidate will be given 3 minutes for their speech. Delegates and senators must be in attendance in order to be eligible to vote.
Food and Dining
We are providing breakfast on both days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide lunch, we will provide a list of food options within the area as well.
Incident Reporting
If you experience or witness issues during Annual Session, please fill out the MSL Incident Report Form: Link. This form is to be filled out for serious situations that you believe must be directly addressed by the Board. Only the Chair will have access to this document.
